A full refund will be processed for orders that have not shipped. If a shipping label has already been created then that will be deducted on the refund amount. Sale items will be refunded the sale amount. Shipped orders cannot be refunded and applies to all research materials. All products are shipped through the United States Post Office priority mail. This shipping method usually takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery and has $100 insurance inclusive. If a package is lost in transit or gets stuck in route for more than a week then we will proceed with an insurance claim with the USPS. If a package has been scanned delivered and then reported lost, the burden of proof falls to the claimant to present to USPS and Budget Elixirs.
